She ends with thoughts based on her real-life experience. She suggests additional resources, websites and a comprehensive appendix with pages of resources for every facet of the startup, building and maintaining phases.
As a small business owner herself, this reviewer appreciated all the information, examples and ideas in a simple to read format. With this single resource, the reader could almost feel like they had their own personal business coach cheering them on.
