I sent a message to my friend. valerie on December 26, 2012 at 8:13 pm this picture made me feel so much. It brought tears to my eyes to see a little girl with so much joy that she had to open up her hands and share it with the world. Reply Site Owner on December 27, 2012 at 1:58 am I felt the same way. “So hit me with music” was the first thing I thought when I saw the image. You can also see the joy in the street musicians face as well. He had done his job. Here is another image you may enjoy. https://portlandbookreview.com/image-1020 Reply kristin on February 22, 2013 at 10:37 pm I’m trying to source this photo. Do you know where it originated? I would love a legitimate copy of the print, but want to get it from the actual artist. Thanks! Reply Site Owner on February 23, 2013 at 12:16 am I get a lot of requests and I just don’t know the answer. As soon as I find out I will post the information. I have your email address if it’s real I will send you and a few others the information you seek. It’s such a good photo. Reply Tammy on April 3, 2014 at 6:24 pm Did anyone ever find out where the photo came from? I have been searching high and low for years and still haven’t found a print to buy! Reply sharon on June 15, 2014 at 4:31 pm The print is “Tiny Dancer” by David Henry Williams. I have this picture framed on hanging on the wall in my living room. I purchased years ago because I just couldn’t leave the gallery without. It resonated with me in so many ways from my childhood, always the dancer wanting to be free. Looks much better in life than through the computer screen by the way. Here is a link to the photographer: https://www.facebook.com/DavidHenryWilliamsPhotography Reply sharon on June 15, 2014 at 4:35 pm Here is the photographers webpage as well. He is out of Tampa, Florida. So glad that others share the same appreciation for this photo that I do!! http://www.davidhenrywilliams.com/ Reply Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
