Mia is so excited:  today she and her best friends, Lainey and Kate, are going back to Neverland for more adventures. Her hopes are shattered, though, when her mother tells her she has to babysit her younger sister, Gabby, instead. Mia is annoyed and decides to sneak to Neverland for a quick visit, bringing fairy Rosetta with her. While Mia isn’t looking, Gabby also makes a trip to Neverland – right before her father fixes the hole in the fence and closes the door between the two worlds. Frantic, Mia and her friends must find a way back to Neverland so that Gabby and Rosetta can both go home.

The Never Girls:  A Dandelion Wish is the third book in The Never Girls series featuring the characters. The book is nicely written for younger children and is a good book for young readers. The story nicely emphasizes that being responsible, loving each other and working together are important values. Overall, children who love fairies, dress-up and adventures, will enjoy this book.
