The Question Book is a unique book of targeted questions – 616 questions to be exact. The format of the book is similar to a workbook with space to record your answers and thoughts. The authors outline four rules including using the first answer that comes to your head. But some of the questions are really tough and require the reader to remember a lifetime events to arrive at the answer. Some questions require you talk to someone else such as your boss. If that person is unavailable the reader should answer the question from the boss’s perspective, for example. There is a wide range of questions from answering 35 questions about last year to questions about the present year. There are questions about your health, your boss, your views about dying and love. There are several questions about child hood memories. Questions include what your parents think about you and how you make decisions.

The beauty of The Question Book is that it can be a catalyst for so many things. It can inspire the reader to start a conversation with his partner, colleague, parent or boss. It forces the reader to become more thoughtful and introspective about where they have been and where they are going with their life. This reviewer could not immediately answer many of the questions but rest assured, she has been thinking about them since reading them in this provocative little book.
