The latest Ripley’s Believe It or Not! will not disappoint anyone. The book is published in a large-format edition on heavy paper stock, and, like all the previous editions, is richly illustrated with beautiful, amazing and often shocking photos. The book’s 11 chapters include the usual range of subjects: the world, animals, body, feats, art, beyond belief and so on with an index to easily find your previously read amazing story. You need both the photos and accompanying brief description for full enjoyment.

As the accompanying fly sheet declares, it is a “…book that teens and tweens will look at more than their phones!” This probably applies to us grownups as well. The photos are as necessary as the descriptions, and it’s hard to tear your eyes away from the book. In fact, too many stories overwhelm you so much that it’s best to keep this book by your night table for reading a little bit at a time—for weeks and weeks. The photos are ranging from small and up to a full spread in size, even some double spread. This is awesome entertainment for you, your family and your guests.
