Description
A year ago, Cameron Kane’s wife died in a fiery car crash, one that killed her boss, Maxwell Harding, as well. At least that’s what Cameron thought, until he bumps into a man that looks just like Harding at the airport. From there, Cameron begins a journey to discover whether his wife is really dead Beyond All Doubt.
Things quickly turn to conspiracy, involving different three-letter organizations, as Harding was being indicted for multiple white-collar crimes. These people will stop at nothing to keep Cameron out of their business, including murdering innocent people. Cameron will have to decide how far he’s willing to go to find the truth.
This book is not short on violence and language. I’m not sure why, but I was not expecting a spy thriller when I picked up this book. A conspiracy yes, involving a murder cover-up, but not a full-blown black ops type story. Overall, if you enjoy spy thrillers, especially one where the main character is way out of his depth trying to expose the cover-up, then you will love this book. It’s a fast-paced ride that doesn’t skimp on conspiracies or the trail of bodies they tend to leave behind.
