People have a special penchant for zombies, and sometimes a little revenge feels good. Zombie Cupcakes is a cookbook containing 16 recipes for creating some of the grossest cupcakes ever seen by mankind that are still fun to eat. Also included are some trivia about zombies in the form of questions, as well as directions on how to make some of the add-ons, such as edible knives and maggots. This is a great book for anyone who likes zombie movies but has always wanted a little revenge.

Although this is a great book, the one omission that becomes obvious is a recipe for fondant, which is used in almost all the recipes for various structures. The recipe is simple, especially considering some of the recipes that are shown here, but that is probably one of the few things you will miss in this book. This is sure to be one of those books that gets dragged out every Halloween, and made sturdy enough and clear enough that anyone can follow the recipes presented. This definitely is one of those fun books that everyone needs to have in their cookbook collection.
