Robert Landolphi, author of Gluten Free Every Day, has published his second gluten-free cookbook, Gluten Free Every Day. During the nineties, Landolphi and his wife, Angela, owned a bakery called The Sugar Shack. For years, Angela suffered from an inexplicable sickness that was eventually diagnosed as Celiac Disease. Though the Landolphis sold their bakery, Robert directed his talents as a chef towards creating a menu that would keep his wife healthy. He also created a cookbook that would help other families and individuals who struggle with a restrictive diet be able to consume favorite foods they thought they would no longer be able to enjoy.

Since Landolphi’s first successful cookbook was published, he has traveled the country giving talks and cooking demonstrations. During his travels, many people requested recipes for favorite foods that were impossible to find gluten-free. Gluten Free Every Day is a compilation of those requests, created and tested by Landolphi in his own home. This cookbook contains recipes for breakfast and brunch, salads, breads, comfort foods, pasta, sweets, and more, as well as helpful sections that teach the reader about possible substitutes and techniques for adding flavor. Gluten Free Every Day is a must for every gluten-free household!
