Great for the non smokers that enjoy cannabis

Cupcakes – one of life’s greatest foods can be enjoyed in many ways and with many different ingredients. With this cookbook, Cannabis Cupcakes: 35 Mini Marijuana Cakes to Bake and Decorate, that rings true. Trying to decide which recipe to make was a hard call, there were so many to choose from. Then I remembered my favorite cake – carrot cake – and was ready to go, or so I thought…
The recipe called for booster butter, which I didn’t have on hand, so I was unable to get the full experience – but the cupcakes were still very enjoyable. The carrot cake recipe also called for eggs, shredded carrots and sunflower oil, but I used egg substitute and grated carrots instead and left out the oil. Results: moist with excellent cream cheese frosting.
Although the carrots were easily seen and tasted, which might be a turn-off for some, if you have all ingredients on hand that might be the least of your worries. The recipe was easy to follow and I loved the layout of the book.
No matter your baking skill level you will enjoy this cookbook very much. Just be sure that if you do partake you do it safely – and hopefully you don’t have any commitments coming up.
